Lumen Co — Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your wedding date.
Cancellation
If you cancel more than 90 days before your wedding, the deposit is forfeited but no further amount is owed. If you cancel within 90 days of your wedding date, 50% of the total package price is payable. If you cancel within 30 days, the full package price is payable.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling request is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability. If Lumen Co is unavailable on the new date, a full refund of all payments (excluding the deposit) will be issued.
Deliverables
Photography galleries will be delivered within 6 weeks of your wedding date. Wedding films will be delivered within 10 weeks. Rush delivery may be available on request at an additional cost.
Copyright & Usage
Lumen Co retains copyright of all images and footage. Clients receive a personal use licence. Lumen Co reserves the right to use images and footage for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, Lumen Co's liability is limited to a refund of payments received. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Second Photographer / Videographer
Lumen Co reserves the right to engage a second photographer or videographer at no additional cost to the client. Any subcontractors engaged by Lumen Co are thoroughly vetted and will be fully briefed to ensure consistent quality and style.
Illness & Inability to Attend
In the event that Angus Wall or Mia Da Silva is unable to attend your wedding due to illness, injury, or personal emergency, Lumen Co will make every effort to source a replacement of equivalent skill and experience. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. Lumen Co will notify you as soon as reasonably possible in such circumstances.
Force Majeure
Lumen Co is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
